Terms of Use
Speechiox is a neutral global platform for anonymous theses, comments, votes and topics. These Terms explain how Speechiox may be used, how public content is handled, and how moderation, language access and AI-supported review may work.
Short Summary
Speechiox is built for public opinion, structured theses and anonymous participation. You may publish, discuss, vote and explore topics, but you must not abuse anonymity, manipulate votes, attack people, publish illegal content or use the platform to harm others.
Important Note
These Terms are written for clarity. They do not replace local legal obligations that may apply to you or to Speechiox. If any conflict exists between a translated version and the English version, the English version is the main reference, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using Speechiox, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, contributors and participants who access, publish, vote, comment, browse or interact with Speechiox.
What Speechiox Is
Speechiox is a neutral global platform for anonymous theses, comments, votes and topics. It allows people to express structured opinions, explore public viewpoints, participate in topic-based discussions and vote on theses.
Speechiox is not a social network based on personal identity, nationality, popularity or follower status. It is designed around ideas, theses, public opinion and structured participation.
Neutrality and Public Content
Speechiox does not endorse user-generated theses, comments, votes, topics or opinions. Content published by users reflects the views of the relevant contributor, not the official position of Speechiox.
Speechiox may organize, classify, moderate, translate or display content to improve accessibility, safety, structure and user experience. This does not mean that Speechiox agrees with the content.
Access, Accounts and Eligibility
You may use Speechiox only if you are legally allowed to do so under the laws that apply to you. Some features may require an account, a session, a user token or another access method.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials, browser-saved login information or recovery details secure. Speechiox is not responsible for access loss caused by your device, browser, password manager or third-party tools.
Anonymous Use
Speechiox is designed to support public-facing anonymity. This means that users can participate without presenting a real name, public profile or national identity to other users.
Anonymity does not give permission to violate these Terms, manipulate the platform, publish illegal content, attack others, expose private information or abuse the service.
Speechiox may use technical, behavioral, security or moderation signals to protect the platform, prevent abuse, detect manipulation and enforce these Terms.
User Content: Theses, Comments, Votes and Topics
Users may submit theses, comments, votes, topic suggestions and other content where the platform allows it. You are responsible for the content you submit.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to publish it and that it does not violate these Terms, the rights of others or applicable law.
Public content may be visible to other users, indexed internally, ranked, classified, summarized, translated, reviewed, moderated or used to generate statistics and public opinion insights.
Content Rules
You must not submit, support or distribute content that:
- is illegal, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent or intentionally misleading;
- promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, exploitation or serious harm;
- contains hate speech, targeted harassment or dehumanizing attacks;
- publishes private personal data, doxxing material or confidential information;
- contains sexual exploitation, child abuse material or non-consensual intimate content;
- impersonates another person, organization or public authority;
- manipulates votes, topics, rankings, moderation systems or platform integrity;
- contains spam, malware, phishing, automated abuse or deceptive links;
- violates intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
Speechiox may define additional Community Guidelines and Moderation Rules. Those rules form part of the platform’s usage framework.
Votes, Ranking and Platform Integrity
Votes are intended to reflect genuine user reactions to theses, comments or topics. You must not create multiple accounts, use bots, coordinate fake activity or otherwise manipulate votes, rankings or visibility.
Speechiox may limit, remove, discount or review votes if manipulation, abuse, technical misuse or suspicious behavior is detected.
AI Review, Classification, Translation and Moderation
Speechiox may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to support content review, classification, language detection, translation, moderation, duplicate detection, topic assignment, ranking support, safety checks and platform analytics.
AI-supported systems may help decide whether content is published, held for review, translated, limited, labeled, removed or escalated. Human review may also be used where appropriate.
AI systems can make mistakes. Speechiox may update, correct or reverse moderation decisions when new information, user reports, internal review or technical findings require it.
Languages and Access Layers
English is the main language of Speechiox. Other languages, such as German, Turkish or additional future languages, are access layers. They are not country versions and do not represent national communities, local legal entities or country-specific editions.
Speechiox does not rely on uncontrolled automatic translation. Translations may be created, reviewed, improved or moderated by AI, administrators or approved workflows. A translated text may be limited, delayed, edited or unavailable.
If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version is the main reference, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Content Rights and License
You keep the rights you have in your own content. By submitting content to Speechiox, you grant Speechiox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, publish, classify, moderate, translate, summarize, analyze and make that content available as part of the platform.
This license is necessary for Speechiox to operate, improve, protect and present the platform across topics, language layers, moderation tools and public interfaces.
Speechiox owns its platform design, brand, software, structure, database organization, moderation systems, AI workflows and visual identity, unless otherwise stated.
Privacy and Data Protection
Speechiox is designed with anonymity in mind, but anonymous participation does not always mean that no technical or security-related data is processed. The handling of personal data, technical data, security signals and privacy-related information is explained in the Speechiox Privacy Notice.
Please read the Privacy Notice carefully before using Speechiox.
Read Privacy NoticeAvailability, Changes and Platform Development
Speechiox may change, improve, limit, suspend or discontinue features at any time. This may include changes to topics, voting systems, language layers, moderation tools, AI review processes, publication rules, account features or public displays.
Speechiox does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or third-party service.
No Professional Advice and Limitation of Liability
Speechiox is a platform for public opinion and structured discourse. Content on Speechiox is not professional, legal, medical, financial, political, academic or other expert advice. You should not rely on user-generated content as your only source for important decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Speechiox is not liable for user-generated content, user conduct, voting behavior, third-party links, platform interruptions, data loss, indirect damages or decisions made based on content found on the platform.
Changes to These Terms
Speechiox may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, Speechiox may provide reasonable notice through the platform or another appropriate method.
Continued use of Speechiox after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
